I'd stress these points: 1) You've been there two years and have been promoted. 2) You are already going to school for Hospitality and Tourism (Texas A&M, Clemson are the best for that, so I hope it's one of those!) 3) This position more aligns with your future hopes, dreams and aspirations both personally and professionally. 4) DO YOUR HOMEWORK - make sure you are prepared on what the company has done and ask questions about the direction of the company for the future. It will show the interviewer that you're interested and you sincerely hope to contribute to that direction.
