The one going for … The one going for $800,000 is clearly not real. There are multiple others going for only a few thousand, so why would somebody seriously bid that.
whoever got that … whoever got that copy for $40,000 is lucky as hell…he got a great deal considering that there is one going for $800,000 on ebay right now
@snoochlicker: … @snoochlicker: Amazing, isn’t it?! I never thought I’d see the day where ANY video game would be on eBay going for almost a million bucks!
it was recalled and … it was recalled and remade, and called world class track meet. That’s what you all remember playing. This is so rare, they were supposed to be all destroyed.
This game just sold … This game just sold for 40,000 dollars online. It is said that there are only 20 left in existence. And I used to have one when I was a kid! I dunno what happened to it but if I still had it, I would be thousands of dollars richer.
I remember this … I remember this game! I use to use my hands to go really really fast, i’d break massive records on that pad! It came with our NES when we bought it, along with the gun and duck hunt. Sheesh I wish I kept it, we lost it way long ago.
@tupac4life84 It’s … @tupac4life84 It’s a pretty long story, but not many of these copies were made, and even then most of them were out of the box and not in “mint condition”. The few that are going for so much is because of the fact that they were preserved.
So there is a guy … So there is a guy in charlotte, NC and has this game posted on ebay. It’s sealed with original plastic and the current bid is $100,100. WTF is wrong with people? That money could go to something way more important.
@tupac4life84 … @tupac4life84 Nintendo did bought the rights for the mat controller you needed to play this game. Therefore, the company who made this game, (Bandai I believe) did a recall on all the Stadium Event games in the US.
