      This is interesting …
This is interesting, privacy isn’t my biggest worry, but for others it will be a problem. Your biggest issue is not looking into competitors. Many good points were made about Facebook, there isn’t any user game-play! I don’t use them but typical users do. For now I will hold off and wait for future versions.

      Good Luck
(I’d like to see notifications similar to Facebook added)

Everyone shut up about privacy issues who care

    15. StraightShooter01 Says:

      Oh wow okay they …
Oh wow okay they will be pulling this pretty quickly – it is quite clear they did absolutely no real world testing whatsoever. A hacker with a very minimal skillset can pretty much have their way with you with this.
Google has opened themselves up to some potentially pretty severe liability here regarding privacy.
My concern is that I am praying NO ONE in my addressbook ADDS me on THEIR Buzz – jesus this is a nightmare …

    16. StraightShooter01 Says:

      Oh my goodness – …
Oh my goodness – not only is this tied to email account directly – stalkers can now LOCATE you easier?
Seriously – did you guys test this at ALL?

    17. roofdoubleflip Says:

      I agree, I am …
I agree, I am totally confused about who can see what and feel uneasy about my privacy. Email is email leave it at that.

    18. StraightShooter01 Says:

      This interface …
This interface looks great – a very neat idea – REMOVE it from GMAIL and you have something – the fact that its directly tied to gmail is a catastrophic mistake.

    19. StraightShooter01 Says:

omG yes a degree of …
omG yes a degree of separation is greatly needed – BUZZ is OFF by default right? id rather not have my addressbook published …

    20. StraightShooter01 Says:

      so ALL of your …
so ALL of your contacts (people you communicate with can pull up your profile and see who you follow?)
      Thats a tad unnerving …

    21. StraightShooter01 Says:

      Autofollowing – …
Autofollowing – HUGE security and privacy mistake – HUGE. I dont want all my email contacts knowing or seeing one another – did they even test this at ALL?!?
OMG brb closing gmail account …

    22. StraightShooter01 Says:

      I think I should …
I think I should close my gmail account in light of gross security oversights with this buzz nonsense.
Who exactly thought it was a good idea to tie a social networking environment DIRECTLY to your EMAIL account – just from a laymans point of view – a degree of separation should be maintained – this Buzz POSTS your contacts in your addressbook in your profile along with ur email in your url – um OOPS?!?
Yes I believe everyone should close their gmail accounts asap until this is resolved.

    23. eonsbeyond Says:

      The one thing i …
The one thing i don’t like is after ready the Terms of Service it seems they can take your photos, videos, words, and use them by remixing, however they choose. If i want to eventually make money on my photos, videos how can i if they are already out there being remixed. Reading through other sites Terms of Service i only found this clause on one other site. If i read this correctly and understand it to mean what i think this is the only thing i don’t like about Buzz and removed my links.

    24. faup1985 Says:

      @neuroxik they dont …
@neuroxik they dont filter that, we users do. its the beauty of internet.

    25. vahnfish Says:

      It’s an opt in …
It’s an opt in scenario… you do not have to join Buzz and there even is a button to quit it at the bottom of your Gmail page. While I agree it doesn’t belong in Gmail, it is very handy that they integrate it with their social graph.
