Miley Cyrus announced her 2009 North American Tour, presented by Walmart, and promoted by AEG Live. The 45-show tour, featuring special guest Metro Station, launches Sept. 14, 2009. The North American tour will feature special guest Metro Station Tickets go on sale to the public beginning Saturday, June 13th at 10:00 AM local. All tickets will be sold exclusively through paperless ticket delivery which means fans will not receive a physical concert ticket for their entry into the event. Buying paperless helps ensure fans have secure and convenient access to event tickets at the original sale price. On the day of show, concert-goers just need to bring the credit card they used for the ticket purchase and their government-issued photo ID to the concert. All members of the ticket purchaser’s party must be present at the same time to enter the venue. The venues ticket usher will swipe their credit card upon entry and present each person in their party with seat locator slips for quick access into the show. I’ve had a credit card since I was 14. And how will this system fail? Usually people drive together going to a concert or get there early if that. This system is pure brilliant. Especially for Miley Cyrus. Scalpers love buying her tickets and selling front row seats online for 2000 bucks. Won’t happen now.
