Posted by admin on January 19th, 2010 and filed under event tickets | 1 Comment »

The Four Seasons, a unique collection of songs, dances, and theatrical performances celebrating Vietnamese culture and history, will take the stage on Sunday, June 8, 3:00pm, at the Center for the Arts – Concert Hall of George Mason University, 4400 University Drive, MS 3F5, Fairfax, VA.

Tickets to this spectacular event can be obtained by calling (703) 538-2190. Taking part will do more than simply honor Vietnamese heritage — it will help meet an urgent and critical need in the community. All proceeds from the event will support BPSOS’ work to help the survivors of “re-education camps” be resettled from Vietnam through the Orderly Departure Program (ODP) and the Humanitarian Resettlement (HR) program.

For this event, Boat People SOS is proud to partner with the Asian Pacific American Cultural Arts Foundation (APACAF), which has created The Four Seasons by melding traditional Asian and Western theater forms into a blend of folk tales, legends, and personal stories that help us grasp our existence, our journey, and our strength.
