Here’s a brief description of an Event Planner:
When you are a meeting and convention planner, you organize events for groups of people. For example: weddings, birthdays, meetings, business parties, and group events.

in my country, an event planner gets to meet and greet and wine and dine, or so they think, with all the local celebrities. so i think that if you are young and want to be on the A List, without having the talent to be an entertainer or the brains and backup to be a politician, etc, that is the profession to be in.
