.NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting in Event ID while playing game?

I was playing Ceaser IV and at first I thought it was random but it appears to happen while I was fighting a war. The error freezes my computer and I have to manually reboot. The error from the Event ID is as below:

I have .net framework 3.0 installed. i have no idea what this is, any idea what this is, in layman terms please? I have not encountered this before and I have fought wars in Ceaser IV without freezing, only in this particular map/scenario I am getting this =/
