My Yahoo group members all use Outlook 2003 or 2007. Is it possible to send event reminders to them as Outlook calendar events instead of or in addition to e-mail reminders? If so, how can this be done?
Click "Calendar Options" on the right of any personal calendar page to see a list of ways to customize Yahoo! Calendar.
The option titled "Import and Export" has options which allow you to share data with Palm Pilot or Microsoft Outlook.
You could experiment with this process and see if it would work for you and your members. I can’t personally guarantee that it will because I have not tried it with mine.

all members would also have to be using Yahoo calendar in order to possibly do this
