Is there a way to create an event so that whenever you add pictures to the folder in Finder they get put in that iPhoto event? Thanks!

Instead of adding pictures to the folder in finder, you should add them to the iPhoto library.

The iphoto library is not a shortcut to photos, so it will not work like this. iPhoto store’s another copy of the photos, so you can delete the folder from finder and the photos will all remain in iphoto, and you can keep adding them to iphoto.

Would you rather do it yourself or would you just hire someone to organize the event (to your liking of course!) I hear they send out invitions to ordering and picking up the cake and many other services. It took me a while to organize by daughters first b-day! Has anyone ever used event planners? Any experiences? Thanks!

They’re only young once. You can do it. I’ve been a professional organizer for 16 years. You don’t need an event planner. To ease your stress, start planning 4-8 weeks before the big day. Put up party decorations and prepare the food the day before your gala event! Put your favors together a week ahead of time. Working off a party planning checklist to ensure you don’t forget to do something and planning ahead is the key to your success. Do these things and you will be able to enjoy your child’s birthday without feeling stressed and frazzled. It will not only be special, but also memorable.

Describe the significant event occurs in each of the four stages of mitosis. I need help with this , I appreciate your help.

Prophase: chromosomes condense and spindle microtubules form. Nuclear membrane breaks apart. Spindle microtubules invade nuclear region.
Metaphase: chromosomes move to equator of cell
Anaphase: the two chromatids of each chromosome separate; each former chromatid is considered to be an individual chromosome. Spindle microtubules move the new chromosomes to opposite poles of cell.
Telophase: chromosomes relax into their extended state and nuclear envelopes reform around each new daughter nucleus.

The company I work for are holding an event in a few months to raise money for cancer among children. How do I go about getting a brand to sponsor the event?
Its best to just email/contact companies and for example say, We are doing this, will you help pretty much?

We could fund the event, but that would pretty much ruin the idea of doing the event, does that make sense?

First you need to contact the Nonprofit Charity, receive permission to use their name in raising the funds and operating the event. Once you have written permission you write to corporations and state who you are, what charity you are connected with, include a copy of the written permission and solicit their support or a donation.

I currently work in online marketing covering Search and Affiliates. I would like an event that will both educate me and build new contacts in the US as I am currently UK based. I am swaying towards Adtech San Francisco or possibly an event in New York.
